Manage a Published Schedule

Open Published Schedule Management to see Staff Published assignments and current Manager Schedule entries in one table.

  1. Select a Staff cell for the required date.
  2. Add a shift when the day is unassigned, or edit/delete the current shift.
  3. Review role, service, start, end time or task, and server warnings.
  4. Confirm allowed warnings when the exception is intentional.
  5. Save the change.

The Staff member and date remain fixed in the quick editor. Saving creates a new immutable Published snapshot.

Select a Management cell and choose the current-state code:

  • OPEN
  • MID
  • CLOSE
  • OFF
  • UNASSIGNED
  • OFFICE
  • VACATION

OFF explicitly means the person cannot work that day. UNASSIGNED means no Manager shift has been assigned and is not the same as OFF.

For examples of the published weekly table and shift team, see View the Published Schedule. The screenshots there show the Staff view; management editing controls are not shown.

Managers and Supervisors can also open the public Published Schedule and select an editable Staff or Management cell there. Use this for focused operational corrections; use the full Schedule Builder for broader weekly planning.
